Who We Are
Stacey White, NP
Co-Founder & Nurse Practitioner
Stacey is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner who gained her Master’s degree in Nursing from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU). With over 15 years of experience in the nursing and medical profession, Stacey has a diverse background in healthcare, having worked as a Registered Nurse (RN) in post-operative care and telemetry. As a Nurse Practitioner (NP), Stacey has specialized in substance use disorders, addiction medicine, mental health and primary care. Driven by a personal journey, Stacey found a passion for weight management, where she now focus's on helping patients achieve their health goals.

Dr. Matt Wink
Co-Founder & Clinical Operations
Dr. Matt has been in the weight loss field for over six years. He has helped patients obtain their weight loss goals through many weight loss strategies from nutrition to red light therapy. Throughout his years helping patients lose weight he has seen many weight loss therapies that have aided in weight reduction. However, he has never seen anything work as well as the GLP-1 injections and is super excited about being able to introduce patients to these great new medications.. He knows how well these medication‘s work and how extraordinary they are for patients.
